Taekwondo for Adults and Youth
The Korean martial art of Taekwondo is translated as “the way of kicking and striking”. Students learn self defense techniques and traditional movements through these ongoing classes.
Some of the benefits? Improved physical fitness, self confidence, and competence in stressful situations.
Here’s how the classes are broken up. Youth classes are for ages 6 through 15 and are split into two, alternating class times. Adult classes are for everyone over 16 years old. Open Floor is an less structured time for all active Youth and Adult students to work on what they want to at no additional cost.
SideKicks (Ages 4 through 6)

Classes are divided by experience, starting with the Intro class. More experienced students still too young for Youth classes move to the Advanced class to begin learning patterns of techniques.
